By booking a slot commission with me you are accepting my terms and services, so please make sure you read this before commission me:♡ All products are digital, no physical products will be sent.♡ Commissions are ONLY for personal use, no comercial, so it is completely forbidden redistributing my work, reselling it as yours, lending, trading or sharing it as a freebie as a set or individually.♡ I can deny an offer if I'm uncomfortable with it, even if the illustration process has started. In that case, money will be refunded.♡ It is completely forbidden tracing, copying, deleting my signature from my works, as well as use them with out my consent.♡ Printing my work is allowed only if its not for commercial use, only gifting.♡ Using my work in IA's websites is completely forbidden.♡ Multiple changes are allowed during the sketching process. When it's finished, I'll only accept 2 free changes, extras will be charged.♡ Finished commissions will not be modified.♡ For Twitch inquires: please look into Twitch's Term of Service and Community Guidelines to see if your emotes/badges/panels ideas adheres to them before commissioning me.♡ Please, don't ask for discounts. These are a gratitude thing I would consider to offer if I see fit.♡ The final art will be sent exclusively by email.♡ As you book a slot with me, you can check all the process of your commission in the "waiting list section" in this same website.♡ Being unable to reach during the drawing process can result in blacklisting.♡ Prices may change if the difficulty of the commission changes as well.♡ Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds available once I have started work on the sketch in case of cancelations.

☾ Payment info

♡ Deposit exclusively in PayPal. Please provide me your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice.♡ Please, don't send the money until I approve your commission and send you the invoice.♡ You have 48h to complete the first payment . If you don't send me the payment in that time, your commission will be canceled. Please don't asure me you will pay me in that time frame if you are not sure about it.♡ You must pay 50% upfront as a signal to start working on your project. The 50% left will be deposited before sending the final work.♡ Please avoid asking for a commission if you are planning to "pay" me with promotion. I don't work for free. Request like this can result in being blacklisted in the future unless you can pay me as normal.♡ If you don't have PayPal, don't worry! Just ask a third person who has it to make the deposit for you. In this case, please include your name or @ in socials in the deposit subject so I can identify you.♡ PayPal fees/VGen fees are not included in the final price.

☾ How to order

Write me down a message including this info:♡ Type of commission (Twitch grafics: emotes, sub/bit badges, panel, portrait, etc. // illustration)♡ References: the more you add, the best. Photos and pictures are so welcome.♡ Personal email: to send the final work.♡ PayPal email: to send the invoices.♡ Twitter or IG @, to communicate better with you. Please check if you have private dm's on so i can message you.♡ Deadline, in case you need one.♡ Size, in case you're asking for an illustration commission: headshot, full/ half body.Once I approved you commission, please make sure you send me all your references and request by email. This helps me a lot to organize.

☾ Time frame

♡ Commissions will try to be finished ASAP. If you need your order done by a certain dat , please let me know.♡ As it is handmade work, time can change depending on the complexity and other commissions as well.♡ I will keep you updated during the whole progress of your project and notify you if there are any delays.♡ Emergency/Prioritary commissions will be charged with an additional 50% of the final price. This allows you to be the first on the queue.♡ Work scheduleis from 10 am to 10pm, spanish time (GMT+2, UTC (+1:00)). Contacting me out of that frame can result on a delay on your answer because of time difference.

☾ Additional info

♡ Commercial license allows you to use my work as a merch. This will add an extra 15$. Using my work without this license means I obtain the TOTAL right to claim 100% of the UNAUTHORIZED benefits.♡ Credit it's so welcome and appreciated. To give me credit, you can leave a link to my twitter or instagram (@itsaquamoon) and give me the artist role in your Twitch channel (itsaquamoon). You can also attribute me the emotes in Twitch.♡ Staying active and being communicative is a must during the whole process. I need to have feedback, mostly on the sketch part, so I can work properly.
